What areas do you deliver to?+
We currently deliver to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Raj Nagar Extension. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm same-day or next-day delivery availability.
How fresh are the fruits and vegetables?+
Every order is picked the morning of delivery. We source directly from farms and verified mandi partners, so produce typically reaches you within 24 hours of being harvested.
When will my order be delivered?+
Orders placed before our daily cut-off are delivered the next day. You will see exact delivery slots at checkout. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Is there a minimum order value?+
Yes. Delivery is free on orders above ₹399. Below that, a small delivery fee applies — the exact amount is shown in your cart before payment.
What payment options do you offer?+
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed via a secure PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes, COD is available across all our delivery areas. You can pay the delivery agent by cash or UPI when your order arrives.
How do I cancel or change an order?+
You can cancel a Placed or Processing order from the My Orders page in your account. Once an order is Packed or Out for Delivery it can no longer be cancelled online — please contact our WhatsApp support.
What if something I receive is damaged or not fresh?+
We stand behind every order. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled or not as described, raise an issue from the order page within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it — see our Return Policy for details.
Are your products certified organic?+
Many of our products are certified organic from NPOP-certified farms; others are pesticide-controlled or naturally grown. Each product page lists its sourcing and certification clearly.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?+
Yes. At checkout you can choose from the available delivery slots. We work hard to deliver within your chosen window.
Do you have an app?+
Yes — the Fresh Buyzar app is available on the Google Play Store. It lets you reorder favourites in one tap and get real-time notifications about your delivery.
How do I earn wallet points / cashback?+
You earn wallet points on every completed order. Points can be redeemed against future orders. You can see your balance and history on the Account → Wallet page.
Do you offer any discounts for first-time customers?+
Yes — keep an eye on the homepage banner and our WhatsApp updates for first-order coupons and seasonal deals. Apply the code at checkout to see the discount.

Do you deliver in bulk for offices or societies?+
Yes. For recurring office, society or wedding orders please WhatsApp us — we offer custom pricing and a dedicated delivery slot for bulk customers.
